Harvest Shelter Foundation provides instruction for gardeners in the organic production of vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs at various gardens and encourages the donation of surplus harvests to shelters, soup kitchens and food banks in their communities. Harvest Shelter is not just a place. It is a volunteer movement to promote and teach gardening techniques which are beneficial to the environment and motivate gardeners and farmers to share their surplus with those less fortunate. We actively campaign for the sustainable utilization and conservation of natural resources.
